How to use Kayanosha Dashi.
It's basic
400 ml of water in one bag of soup stock. The ratio is about 2 cups.
Put in water, boil and simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes to remove. Please adjust the taste according to the dish.
<Use> Suitable for cooking miso soup, soup stock, chawanmushi, udon noodles, soba noodles, and soup stock.
It's dark
500 ml of water in 2 bags of soup stock. The ratio is about two and a half cups.

<Use> Suitable for dishes with a slightly strong taste, such as simmered dishes and noodle soup such as somen and soba.
Dashi pack
One bag of dashi pack is recommended for 2 to 3 people.
