 Instructions

① Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon (5g) of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat well, cutting through the whites.

② Place uncovered in the microwave and heat at 500W for 30 seconds. Remove immediately and stir well.

③ Place uncovered back in the microwave and heat at 500W for 20 to 30 seconds. Heat while watching, as the egg will puff up.

④ Remove from microwave and press down firmly with a lid for 30 seconds. Cool completely in refrigerator.

⑤ Invert mold, shake to release egg, cut, and serve.
